• Replace Leo's legacy beautifier commands by full support for
  ruff format.
• Make the add-comments command compatible with ruff format.
• Add the @bool raise-file-update-dialogs setting.
• Add the dump-last-colorizer-trace command.
• Remove support for leoflexx and --gui=browser.
• Add check_leo.py script.
• Add gdc.summary_diff_two_revs script helper.
• Fix several minor bugs.
