Why I despise Trump

 

An acquaintance asked why I hate Trump. Here is my answer.

His administration is destroying America.

He is destroying our economy, democracy, government, and universities.
He is undermining our public health.
He is uniting the world against us.
He is undermining our freedoms, particularly freedom of speech and dissent.
He is actively creating an autocracy.
His administration is actively defying our courts.
He and his followers are overt racists.
His policies favor the rich and hurt the poor.

His policies are based on vile lies.

No, immigrants, non-whites and the poor are neither lazy nor dangerous.
No, tariffs will not improve the lot of anyone.
No, the United States is not a Christian nation.

He is personally despicable.

He is a compulsive liar, a sadist, a sex offender, and a malignant narcissist.
He cares nothing for governance or public policy.
He lacks emotional intelligence. Almost all former associates assert he is unfit to lead.
He and his cronies are deeply corrupt.
