Leo 5.8 released

Leo 5.8 final, http://leoeditor.com, is now available on GitHub.
Leo is an IDE, outliner and PIM, as described here.

The highlights of Leo 5.8

• Much faster file-read code.
• Leo no longer caches file contents. Removed --no-cache!
• Leo using ElementTree instead of sax to read .leo files.
• Refactored and improved Leo's key-handling code.
• Improved Leo's outline drawing code.
• The usual minor bug fixes.
